Registration is the procedure by which a trader who is a natural or legal person is registered in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register in order to be recognized as a trader or to acquire legal personality. Registration is personal and mandatory.

The RCCM registration is one of the proofs of marketability that gives the registered dealer the five-year protection for individuals.

Upon obtaining all these elements, go to the registry of the competent Court of First Instance, then submit the file against written receipt and wait for 24 hours for the issuance of registration number.

•   Stamped application to the Chief Registrar
•   Legalized copy National Identity Card or Residence Card
•   Applicant’s residence certificate
•   Lease contract regularly registered
•   Legalized copy of the marriage certificate or Certificate of celibacy
•   Copy of the birth certificate
•   Sworn statement
•   Copy of the deed of acquisition or lease-management
•   Copy of the title deed or lease of the principal establishment

•   Competent First Instance court

Competent First Instance court:

53000 FCFA for procedure at the CFI, and 41500 FCFA for procedure at the CFCE

•   Acte uniforme OHADA portant sur le droit commercial général.
